Who are we and why can you trust us?
Let me share a bit about my story and how I ended up helping people like you optimize their tax situation by registering their companies here in Bulgaria.
Building a strong foundation
As a teenager I first studied at the Sofia High School of Mathematics, one of the most prestigious schools of mathematics in the world, and graduated in 2011.
From there, I pursued my studies at the American University of Bulgaria, the only American university in the Balkans.
In 2015, I majored there in Mathematics and Business Administration.
Little did I know at the time how relevant this education would be for my future career!
Discovering My Path
After graduating, I started working at a marketing firm.
While I learned a lot, I quickly realized that I wanted the freedom and responsibility of being my own boss.
In 2018, I took the plunge and opened an online store selling iPhone accessories across Europe.
It was an eye-opening experience where I understood first hand about the necessity and challenge to find a good accountant!
Meeting the Perfect Partner
In 2017, during my search for a trustworthy accountant, I met Dimitar Simeonov, a professional born and raised in a family of expert accountants!
We clicked instantly and saw a great opportunity to work together.
I became the Head of Business Development of our new project, and we first focused on providing accounting services to Bulgarian clients.
But soon, my international friends from university, from Albania, Russia, Spain, and other countires expressed interest in setting up businesses in Bulgaria. They were drawn to the advantages of choosing Bulgaria for their company formation.
Specializing in Accounting Services for Foreigners in Bulgaria
We quickly realized there was a significant demand for specialized accounting services in Bulgaria for foreigners.
Understanding the unique challenges they face with bureaucracy in Bulgaria when wanting to register a company, we developed effective solutions and processes to help them and felt confident to grow bigger than ever!
Yet this is exactly when the COVID-19 pandemic striked…
This event forced us to shift our focus back to local clients temporarily.
